RE: Alyssa A. and Gabe G.

As a family owned business we truly have tried to set ourselves apart from others in the same industry.  Since opening our business two months ago, we have stayed true to our mission of reaching out to the communities we are in and doing our best to help those in need.

Since opening we have helped a veteran that needed a car to go to appointments and a newly divorced father that had no way to go see his son...both unable to pay a deposit.  We believe in people.  Until we can't.

Unfortunately, Alyssa and Gabe have put out reviews that are partial truths and make us look like the bad guys. The vehicle was going to be sent out to get fixed.  Gabe quickly jumped on an "as is" price that was far lower than we were selling the vehicle for and agreed to the price and to get the vehicle fixed.

Alyssa and Gabe refused the warranty that would have covered the vehicle totally.  I insisted we put the minimum warranty on the vehicle and our company paid for the first month.

When I found out she was complaining about the vehicle, I left two voicemails and sent 3 text messages to the number we had which was Gabe's.  No response.

I then sent a priority mail letter to the address we had giving them a week to reply.  The day before the offer expired I received a message from Gabe with Alyssa's number.  

I reached out to Alyssa and stated that I had an agreement and a check for her to exchange for the vehicle and the title.  I took the $5000 they paid for the vehicle "as is" and subtracted the document fee, the warranty, and a minimum charge for the 894 miles she drove the vehicle (even noted that it all came out to $33.96 per day she had the vehicle).

Her response was to swear at me, tell me "F*** you guys" in her last text to me and threatened to report us to the Better Business Bureau.  I do not use this kind of language aimed at me, my business, or my employees.

I sent another letter to her which stated that due to her threatening my business and using vulgar language, that our offer to buy her car back minus the $33.96 per day was no longer available.
